It requires one pot and your MOD Blend Pro, a handful of simple ingredients and 15 minutes and that is all.
Dinner on the table with minimal mess or stress.
It can easily be made gluten free by subbing in gluten free pasta - I used a green pea pasta and it worked perfectly.
It can easily be made vegan friendly by switching the butter for vegan butter or extra virgin olive oil and using nutritional yeast as a replacement for the parmesan.
Fill a pot large enough for 3 servings of pasta with water and salt heavily. Bring to the boil.
While waiting for the water to boil, add the butter, parmesan, a good grind of pepper and basil if using to your MOD Blend Pro jug. Set aside.
Once the water in boiling, add in the broccolini and garlic cloves and blanch for 3-4 minutes.

Using tongs, transfer the broccolini and garlic cloves to the blender. Set aside.
To the same pot of boiling water, add in your preferred pasta and cook according to packet instructions. When the pasta is halfway through cooking, scoop out 1/4 cup fo the starchy cooking liquid and add it to the blender jug.
Place the jug on the motor base and blend until a smooth sauce is formed, adding more liquid to help with blending if required. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Once the pasta is al dente, drain and add back to the same pot. Using a spatula, pour in the green sauce and toss to coat.
Divide pasta between bowls and top with more parmesan. Enjoy!
