Mulled Hard Cider

There is nothing better than on a cold, windy, grey day to snuggle up on the couch with a cup of steaming hot mulled cider. 

Mulled cider is the beer or cider lovers equivalent to mulled wine. The concept is the same - cider is infused with spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and star anise and served hot. This recipe not only fills your house with the aromatic smells of toastiness but it will well and truly warm your soul.
