Making Pumpkin Juice with a MOD Cold Press Juicer
2 red apples
1/2 of a lemon
1 inch knob of ginger
1 pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Cut carrots lengthwise and into small pieces.
Cut the pumpkin into slices, removing the outer skin. Cut each slice into small cubes.
Cut the apples into small pieces.
Cut the lemon into quarters. Remove the outer yellow layer, leaving as much of the inner white rind as possible.
Juice all ingredients using your MOD Cold Press Juicer.
Pour into a glass and serve with a garnish of cinnamon and nutmeg.
