4 granny smith apples
juice of one lemon

1 bunch spinach
4 bartlett pears
Tropical and Fresh
2 mangoes, peeled and pitted
1 bunch spinach
1 inch piece of ginger
1 pineapple, peeled with core
Honestly, if you couldn’t see the telltale bright green color that spinach offers your morning juice, you would not know that it is in any of these recipes. But the good thing is, your body will know, and the world will know, because the benefits of juicing with spinach will shine through.
