1 bunch of kale
handful of spinach
handful of parsley
1 turmeric root
2 stalks of celery
1. Add ½ lemon into your Mod.
2. Cut kale and parsley into pieces. (approximately 1 inch)
3. Rinse celery thoroughly and cut them into pieces before putting through the juicer (even the leafy tops).
4. Wash spinach well because some bunches can have a lot of grit on them before adding in.
5. Finally, add in turmeric root and the ginger.
