This recipe produces a ruby red juice that cleverly disguises the beetroot and kale added, making it a great option for kids too.

Christmas Mocktail with Apple and Beetroot Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 medium beetroot, sliced into chunks

  • 2 large green apple, sliced into quarters

  • 1 lime, skin removed

  • 6 leaves of kale, woody stems removed

  • 4 medium ripe black plums

Directions

  1. Wash all produce to remove any dirt;

  2. Set up your MOD Cold Press Juicer and slowly, steadily feed all the prepared produce down the chute;

  3. Serve over ice into a cocktail glass
