Ingredients

  • 1 medium - large apple, cut into chunks

  • 1 lemon, peeled & cut into chunks

  • 4 celery stalks, sliced into 1-2cm pieces

  • 4 small - medium carrots

  • Small handful of parsley, leaves and stems

  • Leaves from 6-8 stems of fresh mint

Directions

  1. Set up your MOD Cold Press for juicing (see the juicing handbook for more detailed instructions);

  2. Slowly feed the produce down the chute;

  3. Serve the juice with a couple of ice cubes.
