The Original Sex & The City Flirtini Cocktail

With the Sex & The City revival hitting our screens, we thought it was only fitting to recreate the popular Sex & The City Flirtini Cocktail at home using the MOD Cold Press Juicer. Simply cold press the pineapple and pair this with your favourite vodka and champagne.

It is such a simple cocktail but such a good one. No sugar syrup, no food juice concentrate. Just pure cold pressed pineapple juice to sweeten it. 

I love serving this in martini glasses with a wedge of pineapple on the rim. So get a bunch of girlfriends together, get your MOD Cold Press Juicer revved up, and switch on Sex and The City for a fun girls' night in! 

Sex & The City Flirtini Cocktail | MOD Appliances

Ingredients

  • 45ml pineapple juice (juiced in your MOD Cold Press Juicer)

  • 45ml good quality plain vodka

  • 180ml chilled champagne

  • Ice cubes 

  • Cocktail Shaker

Directions

  1. Add the vodka and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted.

  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.Top up with champagne and serve.
