River Clean Green
1 bunch of kale
handful of parsley
2 stalks of celery
handful of mint
1. Cut kale, parsley and mint into pieces (approximately 1 inch) and add them in.
2. Rinse celery thoroughly and cut them into pieces before putting through the juicer (even the leafy tops).
3. Finally place the cucumber in whole, the cucumber will help to push through the last of the leafy green vegetables.
