Just when I thought you couldn't improve on the original!
This is filled with antioxidants and so many incredible vitamins and minerals but you also feel like you are eating chocolate for breakfast? Name something better!

1 large overripe banana, cut into chunks and frozen
1 packet of acai berries (you can get these now at most supermarkets)
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 heaping TBSP cacao powder
1 TBSP nut butter (cashew or almond are our favourites)
1/2 TBSP pure maple syrup
1/4 cup full fat coconut milk (from a can)
For the toppings:
Toasted coconut flakes, sliced banana, cacao nibs, shaved dark chocolate, goji berries and drizzle of nut butter
Directions
Add all the acai bowl ingredients to your MOD Blend Pro.
Start on the slowest speed and using your tamper to help blend the ingredients, slowly increase the speed until all ingredients are incorporated and smooth.
The amount of liquid you use will impact the thickness of the bowl. Start with 1/2 cup of coconut milk and add more if required until desired consistency is reached.
