Ingredients
4 - 5 small carrots
3 sprigs fresh parsley
1 large handful spinach
1 beetroot, scrubbed clean & cut into chunks
1 clove garlic, peeled
¼ head cabbage, sliced
Directions
Set up your MOD Cold Press for juicing (see the juicing handbook for more detailed instructions);
Slowly feed the produce down the chute;
Serve the juice with a couple of ice cubes.
