So many people nowadays have high blood pressure. In Australia, it is one of the most prevalent health conditions with 1 in every 3 adults (on average) having high blood pressure. It is a disease that can lead to other, more serious and often fatal health problems such as strokes, heart attacks and even heart failure.

Apple, Ginger & Lemon Juice | MOD Appliances
1 green apple, cut into chunks
2 lebanese cucumbers (or 1 continental cucumber), sliced lengthways
4 celery sticks, cut to 1-2cm slices
Large bunch of parsley or coriander
1 lemon, peeled and halved
1 cube (2.5cm) ginger
Set up your MOD Cold Press for juicing (see the juicing handbook for more detailed instructions);
Slowly feed the produce down the chute;
Serve the juice with a couple of ice cubes.
