Whether you are completing Dry July or are just wanting to reduce the amount of alcohol you consume, this is a great option as you still feel like you are indulging in a fancy lime and mint infused cocktail however it is filled with nothing but good-for-you ingredients.
The addition of the cucumber and the added fizziness of the soda or tonic water makes the drink extremely hydrating and refreshing.
Cold Pressed Mojito Recipe | MOD Appliances
3 medium Granny Smith apples, quartered
1 lime, peel removed
1 large cucumber or 2 Lebanese cucumbers
Handful of fresh mint
Tonic or soda water
Handful of ice cubes (optional)
Set up your MOD Cold Press Juicer for regular juicing. Refer to the Juicing Handbook for guidance on how to do this.
Simply feed all the ingredients, except for the ice and tonic / soda water, through your MOD Cold Press Juicer.
Place a few ice cubes into a tall glass and add in two shots of tonic or soda water.
Top up the glass with your freshly cold pressed juice.
Garnish with extra mint leaves and a wedge of lime, if desired. Enjoy!
