Juice to Help Relieve Sinus Infections
Pineapple contains anti-infective and anti-inflammatory juices which improve immunity and decrease mucus buildup.
The citrus is high in vitamin C and potassium.
Ginger has anti-microbial benefits and supports immune function as does chilli and cayenne.
Ingredients

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

2 oranges, peeled and cut into chunks

2 celery sticks, cut to 1-2 cm slices

1 lemon, peeled and cut into chunks

1 knob ginger (more or less to taste)

1 small chilli (or a sprinkle of dried cayenne pepper)
Directions
Set up your MOD Cold Press for juicing (see the juicing handbook for more detailed instructions);
Slowly feed the produce down the chute;
Serve the juice with a couple of ice cubes.
