Ingredients
6-8 large leaves of kale, woody stalk removed and leaves sliced
1/2 large cucumber (or 1 lebanese cucumber), sliced lengthways
1/2 bunch parsley, roughly chopped
1/4 to 1/3 pineapple, skin & core removed, cut into chunks
1 medium apple, cut into chunks
Half thumb sized piece of turmeric
Directions
Set up your MOD Cold Press for juicing (see the juicing handbook for more detailed instructions);
Slowly feed the produce down the chute;
Serve the juice with a couple of ice cubes.
