Mint, Pear & Apple Juice

It is a herb that is beyond easy to grow at home too, making it an inexpensive addition to any meal or beverage.
Plums are used in this recipe but if they are not in season then simply omit it - the juice will still taste great.
This juice is best enjoyed over ice in the afternoon or before dinner.
Mint, Pear & Apple Juice | MOD Appliances

3 medium pears, cut into chunks
1 bunch fresh mint
6 medium plums, pitted
2 Granny Smith apples, cut into chunks
Set up your MOD Cold Press for juicing (see the juicing handbook for more detailed instructions);
Slowly feed the produce down the chute;
Serve the juice with a couple of ice cubes.
