Pineapple & Avocado Protein Smoothie | MOD Appliances
1 cup chopped pineapple, preferably frozen
1/4 of an avocado
1 medium overripe banana, frozen
1/4 tsp dried turmeric
2 TBSP protein powder (plain or vanilla)
1 cup milk (plant based or cows)
