This smoothie packs a total energy punch! Packed full of antioxidants (from the spinach and berries), phytonutrients, calcium and potassium (which is an electrolyte, super important when exercising) and it is filling but won't give you that heavy, "just ate" feeling.
Blueberry & Spinach Smoothie | MOD Appliances
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 overripe banana, frozen
1 cup of milk (dairy or plant based)
1 TBSP rolled oats
1 handful of baby spinach
1 handful of ice cubes
Place all the ingredients in your high speed blender (we love the MOD Blend Pro) and blitz until smooth and creamy.
