1 medium - large apple, cut into chunks

1 lemon, peeled & cut into chunks

4 celery stalks, sliced into 1-2cm pieces

4 small - medium carrots

Small handful of parsley, leaves and stems

Leaves from 6-8 stems of fresh mint
Directions
Set up your MOD Cold Press for juicing (see the juicing handbook for more detailed instructions);
Slowly feed the produce down the chute;
Serve the juice with a couple of ice cubes.
