1/2 pineapple, skin and core removed, chopped
1 green apple, cut into wedges
2 lebanese cucumbers, sliced lengthways
1 handful spinach
3-4 celery stalks, cut into 1-2cm pieces
1 inch ginger knob
1 lemon, peeled and cut in half
1 handful parsley

Slowly feed the produce down the chute;
Serve the juice with a couple of ice cubes.
