This is the ultimate recipe for when you get home after a long day at work, you have nothing in the fridge or freezer to eat and the last thing you want to do is stand over the stove and cook something to eat. 

It can be so tempting on these evenings to just dial Uber Eats or Deliveroo and get your favourite takeout delivered. Though there is absolutely nothing wrong with ordering takeout on occasion, when you are going through a busy period at work, it can be very easy to slide into the habit of living off takeout and before you know it, spending $20 - $30 each night on dinner for one can seriously impact your wallet.

Lucky for you, we have an alternative. And it's far superior. 

With just a few simple raw ingredients, you can have a delicious, nourishing, warming meal in under ten minutes...and for eight of those minutes you can be relaxing on the couch watching Friends reruns. 

This soup uses just five basic ingredients yet it is a rich source of vitamin A in the form of beta carotene. Beta carotene is great for improving skin health and boosting immunity.
