1 raw sweet potato, peeled
1 raw carrot
1 raw wedge of pumpkin
1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
1 TBSP fresh coriander (or parsley)
Pinch of sea salt, pepper and cumin
Simply add all the ingredients and select the soup function on the display.
The setting will run for approximately 8 minutes. Be careful when removing the lid as the contents will be quite hot.
