Shipping, Warranty & Returns

Shipping Information:

We offer free shipping everywhere in Australia for orders over $100. Deliveries generally take between 2-5 business days depending on where you reside. Please contact us for questions on international orders. International orders: Please note that there may be additional postage fees and you will be responsible for covering the cost of any duties or taxes imposed by your country.

Returns Policy – Unsatisfied:
We offer a 28 day full refund return policy for customers that are unsatisfied with the product where it has not performed as described.  If there are concerns about the product's ability to perform a specific function, we ask that an enquiry is made prior to purchase.  For all returns, packaging must be retained and returned with all items cleaned within 28 days of purchase. To arrange a return, simply email our customer service team at info@modappliances.com . You will be responsible for shipping costs.

Returns Policy - Change of Mind:
We offer a 28 day return policy for unopened, unused change of mind purchases. If you wish to return your product due to a change of mind, it must be returned to us in new, unopened condition in its original packaging within 28 days of the date of purchase. Opened or used goods cannot be returned. To arrange a return, simply email our customer service team at info@modappliances.com . You will be responsible for shipping costs.

Repairs:
We will repair your product if it is defective or replace it if it cannot be repaired. For any defects, please contact our customer service centre on info@modappliances.com.

 

Product Registration & Warranty:
MOD Cold Press Juicer and MOD Blend Pro are backed by warranties. By purchasing through our website, your product is automatically registered for warranty. That is, there is no need to register your product for warranty. Warranty is non-transferable.

 

MOD Cold Press Juicer Warranty Policy:

This warranty does not imply, intend to or detract any consumer rights listed in and able to be enforced from Australian Consumer Law Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

MOD Appliances warrants that during the Warranty Period, the product will be free from defective parts, faulty workmanship or manufacture.The Domestic use warranty period is 5 years on parts and labour and 20 years on the motor from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by:

- normal wear and tear

- abuse, failure to follow operating instructions, mishandling or accident

- servicing or modification by a non-approved agent

If the product is deemed to have defective parts, faulty workmanship or manufacture, MOD Appliances will upon receipt of written notification of such faulty or defect, at its option, either repair or replace the defective model. 

If your product or parts are defective and require repair, our customer service team can provide you with a prepaid Australia Post label for returning the unit to our repair centre. You will be responsible for packing the unit in secure packaging and dropping it at your nearest Australian Post office, with the label provided attached to the outer box. Your unit will be checked and repaired (or replaced if it cannot be repaired) within 2 weeks of arriving at our repair facility.

MOD Blend Pro Warranty Policy:

This warranty does not imply, intend to or detract any consumer rights listed in and able to be enforced from Australian Consumer Law Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

MOD Appliances warrants that during the Warranty Period, the product will be free from defective parts, faulty workmanship or manufacture.The Domestic use warranty period is 10 years on parts and labour from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by:
