Returns Policy - Unsatisfied
We offer a 28 day full refund return policy for customers that are unsatisfied with the product where it has not performed as described. If there are concerns about the product's ability to perform a specific function, we ask that an enquiry is made prior to purchase. For all returns, packaging must be retained and returned with all items cleaned within 28 days of purchase. To arrange a return, simply email our customer service team at email@example.com. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
Returns Policy - Change of mind
We offer a 28 day return policy for unopened, unused change of mind purchases. If you wish to return your product due to a change of mind, it must be returned to us in new, unopened condition in its original packaging within 28 days of the date of purchase. Opened or used good cannot be returned. To arrange a return, simply email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
We will replace your product if it is defective. If you need to arrange a replacement, please contact our customer service centre on email@example.com.
Product Registration & Warranty
By purchasing through our website, your product us automatically registered for warranty. That is, there is no need to register your product for warranty. Warranty is non-transferable.
This warranty does not imply, intend to or detract any consumer rights listed in and able to be enforced from Australian Consumer Law Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
MOD Appliances warrants that during the Warranty Period, the products will be free from defective parts, faulty workmanship or manufacture.The Domestic use warranty period is 5 years on parts and labour and 20 years on the motor from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by:
- normal wear and tear
- abuse, failure to follow operating instructions, mishandling or accident
- servicing or modification by a non-approved agent
If the product is deemed to have defective parts, faulty workmanship or manufacture, MOD Appliances will upon receipt of written notification of such faulty or defect, at its option, either repair or replace the defective model.
At your expense, you will be required to send the defective model or parts in secure packaging by an approved insured carrier to our service centre. A replacement warranty model may be either new or refurbished, which shall be equal to new in performance.
